1. Our Refund Policy
Important: All purchases of InvoiceKhata plans (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. No plans are charged automatically. When your plan expires, you must manually renew to continue access. There is no auto-renewal or auto-deduction. Please review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Free Plan
No Payment Required
Our free plan allows you to test all basic features before making any purchase decision. You can create up to 25 invoices per month without any payment.
3. Paid Subscription Plans
Our paid plans include monthly and yearly subscriptions. All payments are final and non-refundable. No plans are charged automatically. When your plan expires, you must manually renew to continue access. There is no auto-renewal or auto-deduction.
3.1 Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided for any plan once purchased. Please ensure you have selected the correct plan and reviewed all features before making a payment.
4. Account Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time by:
- Going to Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account
- Emailing us at support@invoicekhata.com
Note: Account cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the conditions mentioned in this policy.
5. Data Retention After Cancellation
After account cancellation, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery. After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues preventing you from using the service), we may consider refund requests beyond the standard 7-day period. Each case will be reviewed individually.

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

9. Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to update our pricing for new users at any time. Existing subscriptions will continue at the rate active at the time of purchase until the end of the current billing cycle. Renewals will be charged at the then-current rate.
