By accessing and using InvoiceKhata ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

InvoiceKhata is an online invoicing platform designed for Indian businesses to create, manage, and send GST-compliant invoices. Our services include:

• Invoice creation and customization
• GST calculation and compliance verification
• Customer and company management
• PDF generation and sharing
• Cloud storage and synchronization

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create fraudulent or misleading invoices
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

InvoiceKhata offers free, monthly, and yearly subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the posted pricing and payment terms. No plans are charged automatically. When your plan expires, you must manually renew to continue access. There is no auto-renewal or auto-deduction. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• Free Plan: Limited features with usage restrictions.
• Monthly Plan: One-time payment for 1 month of premium features. Renewal is manual after expiration.
• Yearly Plan: One-time payment for 1 year of premium features at a discounted rate. Renewal is manual after expiration.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date and for all charges incurred under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by InvoiceKhata and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, including your invoices and business data.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceKhata shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Violation of applicable laws
• Fraudulent or harmful activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
